These leggings are so cute!The leggings are made from a very stretchy knit, and are serged for durability and a professional finish. I finished the ends and the waistband with black elastic lace trim. I pinned on velvet black bows to the ends.
They are really stretchy so could fit a number of sizes... i would recommend them as a 2-8.
