A finely constructed hat from the UHCMW
A very loose, woven fabric hat without wiring
Pinwheel seams over the head
A short front brim with a stiff lining
Back flap is loose and may be flipped up or down
Unsure if made for men or women- seems unisex

Color: Black- however when matched with navy clothing blends perfectly (oddly enough can be worn with either)

Vintage: Unsure of exact date but would be between 1940s and 1970s when this particular sect of the Hatters Union existed

Label: Unknown however it was constructed by the United Hatters, Cap, and Millinery Workers' Union (UHCMW)
