Description
This lovely feminine ruffled neckwarmer is finished off with a wonderful Czech glass button which coordinates very well with this color.Wear this with a great coat or jacket. It also looks wonderful with just jeans and a t-shirt or more dressy. Very sassy and au courant fashion accessory.
