Six geese a-laying have never had such a fine time! They've come together to enjoy carnival style accomodations in the branches of a Christmas tree.
This heirloom ornament is 7ish inches tall and just over 3 inches at its widest. Each goose was needle felted out of wool over a pipe cleaner frame with stitched eyes.The geese vary from 1 to 1.5 inches in length.
The geese are housed in a wet felted blue bowl with roof and sit on top of some moss green roving. The bowl and roof are embellished with metallic gold embroidery floss. Gold painted wooden beads and a gold painted post bring everything together to complete this piece of Christmas whimsy.
