We gathered in our garden and flowers grew over us wrapping all around us, and pulling us close together--in for a kiss, or a thousand kisses held close forever.

The focus of the necklace is a beautiful 1940s locket that is engraved and has a guilloche cab on the front in light blue with a pink rose on the front. The locket is in good working condition and it contains two of the original images. My granny used to wear her hair just like the woman in this picture, my momma says! To pick up the pink and blue on the guilloche cab, I used alternating bracelet links from two different bracelets. One from the 1950s, a thermoset lucite blue flower with a blue rhinestone and the other from the 1940s, a delicious pink enamel flower with a pearl (some of the pearls have discolored over time) in the center. Brass large link chain and lobster clasp.

The locket measures 1.25inches/3.25cms.
The flowers are about .625inches/18mm
The necklace around the neck measures 23.75inches60.5cms. This can be lengthened or shortened as desired--just send me a convo after you have purchased and finished payment.
