BON VOYAGE - Antique Typewriter Key Bracelet

Description

This bracelet features antique typewriter keys that spell out the phrase "Bon Voyage". All of these keys came from the same ROYAL typewriter so some creative license is taken in the spelling as only one of each letter is available. The last key served as the SHIFT key and is now a pretty framed steam ship bow print. As always, I've added some charms to fit the theme - a pewter suitcase, a darling shoe and a artisan crafted lampwork bead in red with fine silver beading. The length is about 7 1/4". The bracelet base is silverplated with soldered links. Very flexible and durable with a secure fold-over style clasp.

The keys are left as authentic as possible. Because the keys are from real typewriters, they may show the effects of normal use and aging over many years. Most typewriter keys I use are 60 - 80 years old, at least.
