This is the baby sister dress to my other listing for the matching little girl dress, would be so cute on all your girls!

The 100% cotton onesie is sewn to the skirt for an easy 1 piece outfit. A patch of the fabric will be appliqued with a zig zag stitch to the chest portion of the dress.I will also sew a coordinating ribbon bow to the neckline.
