CRAFTING TIP: To prevent the slits from ripping cut a piece of plastic canvas that is significantly larger than the snap (this is used for support). Use a sharp exacto and cut two slits into the fabric. It is best to cut the slits slightly shorter than the prongs. Insert the prong on the right side of the fabric. Then, insert the plastic canvas and sandwich it with the washer. Bend the prongs down.
