Small Red Bowl with Swirly Vines
Description
I threw this bowl on my pottery wheel with white earthenware clay. The outside surface is covered with raised swirly vines that were drawn on free-hand with slip (clay with a liquid consistency). The glaze is a glossy red that lightens in color slightly over the raised design. Dimensions are as follows:Height = 3" (7.6 cm)
Width = 5" (12.7 cm)
Width at opening = 3.5" (8.9 cm)
