I reconstructed a men's black button up shirt [left it as button up]. I added some "stretchy" to wear low around shoulders.
I also added some flare in the form of lace to give it more Steampunk character.
I would say size small, but can fit medium. So If you are a small gal with a big bust, this is PERFECT for you.
