These are marked down a whole $20 because I don't like the little fuzzies bits of silk that are poking out of the hem. I had to wash these several times more than usual in an industrial washer because of how intense the dyes were, so they took more of a beating than usual. If I had time, I would re-hem them, but I don't, so my loss is your gain. The colour is incredible! The patterning gorgeous! Wild berry colours in the hottest fuchsia, grape, violet and deep, deep royal purple, not as blue as in the pictures – if blue is what you see. (monitors and digital photography are tricky things!)

For real balance when spinning double veils, a dancer needs true half circles; - a half circle which is exactly twice the length of the width; the dancer then becomes the focal point of a perfect circle.

One pair of small half circles, each 2.5 yards in length. They're made of 100 %, 6 momme China silk, which is just a bit more substantial than the common 5 momme while still airy and light, and semi-sheer, yet quite a bit sturdier as well. Beautiful depth of colour that shows up well on stage due to having more silk for the dyes to bite into. This size is optimal for learning the mechanics of double veil or veil poi (voi), smaller dance spaces or group double veil.

90" inches long (2.5 yards) by 45" inches wide, or
2.30 meters long by 1.15 m wide

Like all my veils, they're colourfast and hand washable, and entirely hemmed in fine silk that's dyed to match.

I rarely make half circle pairs for sale to the public; get these while you can. Keep in mind that these are true one of a kind; once they're gone, they're gone.
