Peacock Ring With Amethyst and Diamonds

Description

A sterling silver, band ring with a carved, peacock feather wrapping around 3/4 of the piece. Set within the eye of the feather is a 2mm round, bead set, amehtyst. Three, 1 point, burnished set diamonds are scattered around the tip of the feather. the effect is very elegant and unusual. The band is just over 1/4" (8mm) in width and has a wonderful, substantial weight.

Depending on the culture, the peacock feather as a symbol can represent renewal, wisdom, wholeness, beauty and/or immortality. In India there is a belief that the eye of the peacock feather can forsee approaching danger and avert it.

This ring is currently an 8, but can be sized to any size you wish. Given its width I do recommend ordering a half size larger than you'd normally wear. Please let me know your preferance in the comments section.
