This soap doesn't smell like arabian sandalwood. It smells very green, fresh, clean and herbal because of the bergamot oil (the very same oil that is used to make Earl Grey Tea) that it is mixed with.

Sandalwood oil is a natural antiseptic that is calming, harmonizing and promotes "deep peace". It reduces tension and confusion and is also said to help heal stretch marks. Bergamot oil's warm and spicy citrus scent is very uplifting. It is a natural antiseptic and deodorant that fights oily skin, acne, and tones skin. Rich, nourishing shea butter replenishes skin's moisture. It is my "non-patchouli hippy soap" ~ ;)
