Description

An asymmetrical star mobile made from eight (8) hand-folded Moravian paper stars. Each star is fabricated from 4 strips of orange paper, dipped in paraffin wax, and sprinkled with diamond dust glitter. Two shades of orange make up this mobile. Stars are 16-pointed, 3-dimensional, 1 1/2 inches (3.8 cm) tall, and 3 inches (7.6 cm) tall.

Stars are suspended invisibly from metal wires. Mobile is a 2 tiered design that spins and floats freely around without touching itself. Hangs 24 inches from the first wire to the bottom star and hangs down 10 inches from the ceiling. Total length is 34 inches. Mobile hangs from a small hoop that can be slipped on an existing hook in your ceiling. The mobile is even light enough to be hung with a push-pin.

Incorporating the Moravian star into floating mobiles was an original creation dreamed, created, and executed by theStarcraft.
