Vintage 80s Fred Perlberg Black Rhinestone Party Gown SM MED

Fred Perlberg began working in the New York fashion industry when he was sixteen, and three years later, in the 1920s, at the age of nineteen, he started his own company.

This is a very early 80s draped party gown with rhinestone details. Its boasts a party bow design in rhinestone studs that shine like you would not believe; the photos do not do it justice! The neckline and shoulders are also trimmed in rhinestones. A line sweep that grazes the floor. Truly elegant. The perfect holiday dress! It is in near mint condition with one flaw: there is a small area of approximately 1.5 inches that is missing the rhinestones on the shoulder strap (see the photos).
