Art Nouveau Silver Religious Catholic Medal
Description
Simply beautiful religious medal with beautiful art nouveau themes. Great detail. On the front, it reads "Ora pro nobis" which means "Pray for us" in Latin. On the back it reads "NS Della Guardia/Prega Per Noi" "Prega per noi" means "pray for us" in Italian, which is from the Italian Hail Mary. A beautiful little art nouveau Catholic piece. From the 1880s, no doubt. Measures .825inches/2.25cms.-----------------------------------------------------------
