Beautiful machine embroidered oversized receiving blankets. Cut approximately 45”x45” finished to 42”x42” square (crib size) super soft flannel in WHITE. This size blanket has many uses in the nursery, as well as for adults or children in Special Care Facilities. They provide a light covering to prevent drafts on body or just legs. For baby or toddler, use them when going away from home to cover up surfaces to protect child from unseen elements. Take one along for the car seat, or stroller. The flannel I use is high count cotton, suitable for quilting. The fabric is cut and washed to remove sizing and this allows the threads to shrink. The flannel is then embroidered and finished with a serger rolled hem. It is washed again and ready to use as soon as you receive it.
This size is suitable for a wheelchair bound child. Adults like security blankets, as well. Machine wash on cold or warm, dry on cotton or permapress settings.
