Dark sterling silver filigree and rose quartz heart necklace that hints of an age gone by.

I've recently been fascinated by filigree and this is my take on it. Fabricated in sterling and fine silver completely by me!

I created each individual piece of scroll work by hand, soldered them together and then soldered them to sterling silver sheet to create a closed filigree form. The light pink rose quartz has been set in a fine silver scalloped bezel. I've cut out a heart peep hole at the back to allow more light in.

The piece has been given a dark patina and polished in the high areas to create contrast.

::: DIMENSIONS :::

This piece is approximately 1.75" in long and 1.25" at its widest point and hangs from an 18" sterling silver rolo chain. I can adjust the chain length between 14" and 18." Please let me know what length you desire. If no length is given, I will send an 18" chain. The model is wearing a 16" chain.
