Blossom Necklace

Description

This romantic piece is cast in solid sterling silver from a blossoming maple branch I picked early this spring.

The branch is 3" long and can come on any chain length you like - the one photographed is 15" long.

For finish, you can choose between oxidized & brushed - in both cases, the blossoms are polished to a shine. If you don't specify, it will be oxidized on a non-oxidized chain.

Shipping and insurance is included.

This product is hand made to order by me from 100% sterling silver, the standard for fine jewellery. Sterling silver is made of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper, to give it strength. I choose not to use fine silver (99.9%) because it is generally very soft and therefore not as durable. Other advantages to sterling silver are that it is less reactive and more hypoallergenic, making it a safe and long-lasting choice.
