Happy Holidays Pennant Banner - 11'
Description
Add some mirth and merriment to your holidays with this great pennant banner! Made from a mix of new and vintage fabrics, each banner is produced in a limited run. The are sturdy and reusable, whimsical and charming all at once.Each banner is 11 feet of continuous pennant flags on a cotton bias tape. The 17 flags are made from new and vintage fabrics, cut with a pinked edge. Each flag is double sided and measures 8 inches wide and 10 inches long.
