The Ruffler Blouse and Dress pattern features 2 different options: a sleeveless dress with a full ruffle collar, and a raglan-sleeved blouse with ruffle collar. The collar can be worn up or down depending on the mood of the day. Slips on over head, no buttons or zippers, this pattern would be appropriate for an advanced beginner or even a beginner-beginner who has a lot of determination! Includes sizes 1T-6.
