Ah, Fleur de Sel or Flower of the Sea. The perfect marriage of sweet and salty. This is truly an amazing caramel and our signature flavor.

Our Fleur de Sel (French Sea Salt) is hand harvested and unrefined. We use truly the best ingredients and we take our Fleur de Sel Caramel very seriously. You will never look at caramel the same way after you savor one of these amazing golden sweets. This is not regular sea salt, we use imported salt from France and it is one of the finest on the market, M. Gilles Hervy Fleur de Sel.

Have It Sweet's Master Chef, Vincent, has worked long and hard to make this recipe from scratch. It is unduplicatable as he created this recipe himself over the past four years. This caramel is a labor of love, one I am confident you will adore as much as we do.

These amazing little caramels weigh in at a half pound and they are so scrumptious. Even though we don't sell by the piece there are on average 30 pieces in a half pound. I promise, it'll be love at first bite. You'll be hooked!

All of confections are made in small, two pound batches. They are cooked, hand-poured, hand cut, and hand wrapped. This is very labor intensive process. Your order will take between 7 to 15 business days to complete (not including shipping time).

*All of our Fleur de Sel caramels, cut and uncut are salted. If you would prefer unsalted please include that in your notes to seller.*

Each order of Fleur de Sel comes packaged in an eco friendly brown bag, labeled, and tied with a beautiful butterscotch ribbon.
