Katsara Nuno Felt Merino Silk Ruffle Scarf with nasturtium blossoms - Pink

My felted silk and merino Nasturtium Scarves are made-to-order in the color of your choice. This is for the pink color shown in the first picture, or you can request one of the other colors shown or a custom color combination by request.

This Katsara signature felted nuno scarf is floaty & fluttery, soft & delicate looking, and far more sturdy than it appears. I used my handpainted merino roving to create this piece, layering with roving and accenting with some ruffly blossoms, that measure approx. 2" to 2-1/2" across. I carefully felted it to achieve the fluttery ruched effect, then embellished the ends with abstract blossoms inspired by nasturtium petals, using harmonious colors.

The silk chiffon base is hand dyed in the color of your choice. The back side is mainly silk with just the lightest haze of wool, to result in a non-itchy feel against your skin.

You can wear this two ways, either draped freely or wrapped around close around your neck.

SIZE: Approx 6" wide 42"-44" long (each scarf varies a bit in finished size.)

These one-of-a-kind scarves are made-to-order, and they take a few days to ship to you. Unless I state on my main page that I'm on vacation, your scarf will be typically shipped in 4-5 business days. Each scarf is unique and colors may vary slightly from the pictures, though I am diligent in maintaining narrow tolerances from piece to piece.
