Vintage 1960's Simplicity 8045 pattern for skirt, blouse, pants and vest, Size 12 (see measurements below).

This is a great pattern because you can make so many different outfits from this one pattern., dated 1968.

Vintage sizes are different than today's sizes so you may want to check the measurements below against your own.

Size: Misses 12

Bust 34

Waist 25 1/2

Hip (9 inches below waistline) 36

Back neck to waist 16 1/4

The pattern envelope shows some wear and rips around the pattern envelope front. The pattern pieces are all cut but intact with signs of wear and use and but still completely useable.

The pattern will come in a protective sleeve and bubble mailer.
