Shipping times: Orders are mailed within 7 days. You will receive an order confirmation with the shipping notice. If you have a deadline to meet, contact me before you order to see if I can accommodate your requirements.

Shipping address: All orders are shipped to the PayPal shipping address. If you would like an order sent to a different address, notify me by ***email*** and confirm the change.

Shipping charges: With the advent of rising fuel costs, and the increased price of packaging and mailing materials, shipping fees are being adjusted. I do my absolute best to keep these charges reasonable and equitable to both buyer and seller.

Shipping of multiple heavy/bulky items: Shipping fees are estimated - if cost isn't covered, I will request payment via a PayPal invoice.

Within US: Shipped via First Class Parcel with Delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional.

Outside US: Shipped via International First Class mail. Insurance and certificate of mailing optional and available.

Returns: Unused items in original condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt, but contact me first - I need to know your return is on the way! There is a 15% restocking fee for returns of wire - opened wire not refundable, nor items on special. Postage is not refundable, with the exception of returns due to seller error.
