Roller Derby Queen Vintage Roller Skates Chicago Trophy Custom Line Hyde Athletic 1960's

The minute I laid my eyes on these roller skates, the first thing that went through my mind was "Roller Derby Queen" by Jim Croce. These circa 1960's roller skates have most definitely seen better days. The leather is soiled and worn, but the rollers spin like nobody's business. A label on the inside of one tongue reads: Hyde Athletic Shoe. The bottom of the metal bar is marked: "Chicago" Trophy Custom Line Pat. 3003776 Made in U.S.A. These are a size 4. Clean them up, give them a fresh coat of shoe polish, oil the bearings and you can "round and round, go round and round", and you can be "the meanest hunk o' woman that anybody ever seen" (and perhaps find someone to write a song about you). Or you can just pretend you are.

I accept PayPal only. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. I normally ship the next business day after payment is received but will always ship within 3 business days, barring an emergency beyond my control. I will convo you when payment is received and when I ship your purchase.

The cost is $1.75 for up to $50.00. Delivery confirmation is included at no additional cost on all purchases. I do combine shipping, but only on certain items, so if you wish to purchase more than one item, please convo me to see if I am able to combine your purchases. If a combined fee is not shown, it may be dependent upon items being shipped together.

I ship first class to Canada whenever possible. All other International shipping is based on item weight and size and will ship only Priority Mail. I do not ship glassware outside of the USA.
