Diamonds at Sunrise - Necklace

Description

This piece I made in with bridal jewelry in mind. I just thought the shimmer and shine and soft colors would be lovely on a brides neck. The taupe swarovski crystals remind me of the sands on the beach at sunrise.

I composed this necklace out of silver plated slider beads inlaid with clear swarovski crystals in diamond shapes. with these I included teardrop, round and square swarovski crytals in clear and taupe/tan/sand color. To bring these all together I included several different shapes and sizes of silver plated spacer beads. It is a double strand piece with strands of chain hanging in swags for a very elegant drape on the neck. I finished it with a lobster clasp for easy and secure wearing. Plus it's adjustable!

this measures:
14 inches (35 1/2 cm) at the shortest
16 inches (40 1/2 cm) at the longest

the short swags of chain drape about 1 inch (2 1/2 cm)
the long swag of chain in the center drapes about 1 1/2 inches (4 cm)
