For maximum results take a hot, steamy shower. Simply unwrap & gently roll the steamer along the floor to the back of your shower, out of the stream of water. You want it to time-release during your shower, rather than quickly run down your drain. The steamer will fizzle on the floor of the shower releasing the refreshingly powerful scent of natural healing Essential Oils.

The steamers are golf ball sized & will last for one decadent 20 minute shower. Or you can stop the steamer by removing it from moisture. Let it dry out completely & save it in a ziplock bag for next time.
