Men's Pocket SCARF made of Vintage Wool Suiting and Shirt
Description
I made this scarf out of a vintage pinstripe suit and an old plaid Gap shirt that I got from an Amish garage sale! :) The Gap shirt must have been one of the very first line of shirts Gap put out. There were a lot of moth holes, so I could only scavenge bits and pieces. I actually took the pocket off of the shirt and transferred it right onto the scarf with zig zag stitches.Stash your cell phone or a bit of cash into the pocket as it keeps you warm!
The scarf is lined with a soft black/white check flannel to combat the itchiness of the gray pinstripe wool.
The scarf measures 63 1/2" long and 6" wide.
Hand wash or dry clean.
