I am a proud member of the Trashion Team here on Etsy. I love to create beautiful pieces of one of a kind, wearable art from recycled materials.

There is a certain thrill for me in collecting cast aside trinkets from other people's travels through life and time. I collect and tinker and combine until the distinctive pieces come together in such a way that their combination speaks to me and says "I am complete".



Elegance in Time ... a Steampunk Brooch by EcoBangle(TM)

I created this stunning, one of a kind Steampunk Brooch in August of this year.
The base is a vintage metal bow with intricate filigree and a beautiful patina. I incorporated a small, round, vintage watch face with the hands resting at 4:00. Next I hung a combination of a vintage skeleton key and two varying lengths of brass chain from the center loop under the bow. Finally, at the end of each chain I attached two beads. The bottom bead is round & amber in color and the upper bead oblong and dark red.
