RELAX hand printed indigo on china blue cotton twill apron

Description

This cute apron features an image of my beautiful greyhound Molly relaxing on the sofa.

We adopted Molly, a 3 year old black & white ex-racer, from our local greyhound rehoming charity in December '08. These days she spends much of her time sprawling on the sofa, where I photographed her in a classic 'roaching' pose.

After converting the photograph of Molly to a monochrome image, I hand screen printed it onto the apron along with the caption 'relax' using non-toxic fabric ink. The ink has been fixed using heat, making it resistant to machine washing at 40°C, ironing on a cotton setting & dry cleaning.

The apron measures 58 cm in width & 78 cm in height, with self fabric waist & neck ties. It is made of 100% cotton twill in china blue, with the greyhound image & text printed in contrasting indigo.

This high quality apron is robust enough for use in tough kitchen or barbeque environments & is suitable for a man, woman or large child.
