Berry Bowl with Olive Rim -Small / Handmade Pottery

Description

Inspired by a piece that immigrated from Holland with my grandmother, this handmade pottery berry bowl (or fruit colander) has old world charm and modern practicality. Wash, store and serve your tender fruit and berries in this lovely two part bowl.

The rim is designed to offer a good grip even with wet hands and every hole is beveled inside and out to eliminate sharp edges.

Olive green rim.

Measures approximately 7x7x4" or 18x18x11cm.

All pottery from StudioÉLAN is created by hand from soft clay using the potter’s wheel or slabroller. The clay used is durable stoneware. The glazes are non-toxic. Pieces can be used in the oven, microwave and dishwasher, although handwashing will prolong their life. I hope you enjoy using it as much as I enjoy making it!
