Vintage booklet 1958 1959 How to Play Mah Jongg Dorothy Meyerson

This is a vintage booklet that has gotten separated from the Mah Jongg set it went with. From a bit of internet research, it sounds like the tiles change each year, so a new set of rules also came out to go with the new tile set.

I am even more confused now on how to play that game, but perhaps someone has a 1958 or 1959 set of Mah Jong, and needs the instruction booklet to play the game. This one is in good condition with a slight paper loss on the lower front cover, and has 26 pages. It is the 18th revised edition by Dorothy S. Meyerson.
