Falling Leaves - mustard yellow crochet fingerless fairy mitts
Description
Sweet little fingerless mittens in the color of birch tree leaves in the autumn time, with half thumbs and highlight stripes in sunshine yellow mercerized cotton.The mustard yellow yarn is vintage from granma's stash, very light, soft and nice to touch, I believe some kind of acrylic mix.
They take a rather long time to make, skinny yarn with a small hook, but as a result they are very pleasant to wear.
They must belong to the little winged creature playing with the wind in the piles of colorful leaves...
lenght: 24cm (almost 9 1/2 inches)
Hand wash in 30C (86 F) as we're not completely sure of the fiber consistency.
Instinctively handmade at Vaisto studios in Finland.
