Quiet, determined, and beautiful.This exceptional tote is made from a natural-colored, coarsely-woven muslin, and lined with a nice cream and taupe ticking. Accented with a bit of brown pinstripe suiting material at the top, which is embellished with delicate lace. Features two straps, and a large, pearly vintage button and loop closure. Also has an applique of caramel striped fabric, with a swallow stencil, which was also cut out by me; the edges of the applique are left raw but cut with pinking shears and stitched down securely so that when it frays it will only do so slightly for a nice, shabby chic effect.
