Four Piece Snack Set 1960s Japanese Lacquer Ware

Description

Set of three nesting bowls in yellow, orange and blue with an avocado green brass topped lid. Marked Snacks, Pretzels and Nuts and ready for next cocktail party or get together. These pieces are in remarkably good condition with only a minor amount of paint loss on the larger yellow bowl. Label on bottom reads:

"Alcohol and Stainproof Lacquer Ware by Davar N.Y. Japan. Just wipe with a damp cloth to bring out its beauty. Copyright 1965 DAVAR Products, Inc. All rights reserved.

A fun set for you mid-century collectors and would also make a great gift for the right person who appreciates vintage home decor.

Someone rubbed a spot on the lid with something they shouldn't have and there is an area approximately 3/4" by 2" that has lost its shine. And there are a couple small scratches on the top as shown in the final photo.
