Dinosaur Bag Kit

Description

This is a simple stitching kit on a natural hessian background. The Dinosaur has been stencilled on using fabric paint and has stitched hems top and bottom enclosing firmly stitched twill tape handles. The side edges have been neatly overlocked using cream thread. The hessian measures approximately 19 ½”x 9 ¾” (25cm x 45cm) The finished bag will be approximately 8 ¾” (22cm) square.

A variety of buttons, yarns and threads are included, all you need to add is a blunt tapestry needle from Mom's needle case and a little time and imagination.The needle will not be sent in the post and this kit will be carefully mailed first class in the UK and airmail abroad in a bubble mailer.

Stitching kits include a variety of buttons and threads. Each one will be unique. Some buttons may be recycled but they will be clean and of good quality. This kit allows the child freedom of personal expression along the lines of the Waldorf system of education. They would be lovely for homeschoolers or as gifts. Sewing on buttons is a life skill we should all encourage.

This kit can be used with help for preschoolers and independently up to the age of about 10 years. I have made these popular kits for family and friends; they are appreciated.
