Natural Handmade Dream Catcher

This is a lovely handmade Dream Catcher that I made with natural materials. I carefully stitched the raffia around the willow wood wreath and adding a beautiful orange and yellow shell in the middle, that makes it so very pretty and totally unique!

This shell comes from a Punta Sabbioni, a lovely beach near Venice. I also stiched three feathers to the dreamcatcher with raffia plaites.

The Ojibwa believe that a dreamcatcher changes a person's dreams: "Only good dreams would be allowed to filter through . . . Bad dreams would stay in the net, disappearing with the light of day." So hang the dream catcher above your bed, and all the bad dreams are trapped in the web!

This would make a wonderful Birthday present or Christmas present for a friend or a relative. This gift will be wrapped up ready for a gift giving or gift keeping!
