Babe-Raham Lincoln Copper Earrings
Description
Is it just me.... Or am I the only one who finds Abraham Lincoln cute!?The babe-rahams are copper pennies.... dated prior to 1982 before pennies were copper plated! One is from 1959 the other from 1980! I upset the metal... thickening the edges and decreasing its length.... I gave the edges a textured look and feel.... They've been oxidized and polished to bring out the details.... They dangle from handmade antiqued copper hooks!
NOW.... because I could not bear to put another hole in Babe's head.... he's being optimistic and facing the sky!
