Simple yet modern sterling silver and Madrona bark pendant, inspired by the scenery of the Pacific Northwest.

I am currently traveling the US on bicycle and collecting bits and pieces of the natural surroundings that I pass through - and incorporating these elements into jewelry! The bark that I've used in this pendant was found along the Hood Canal outside Seattle, WA. The deep reddish-brown bark had blown down naturally, allowing me to pick up a handful of the bark with the most interesting texture. Front and back pieces of silver are riveted together.

Pendant approximately .5" wide x 1" long. Strung on 18"-long sterling silver chain.
