This collar is perfect for that little starlet personality! Adjustable collar is made with high quality 1" cotton webbing and a handmade machine embroidered fabric ribbon. When measuring your dogs neck it is advisable to add a bit! You want them to be able to breath too! :)
I can custom make collars with different webbing widths as well. Some adjustment of pattern may occur at different widths. Convo me with any inquiries.
