Cute and cheery vintage 80s seafoam dress. Features a a palm leaf print in white, three buttons at front neck, shoulder pads (easily removable), blousant bodice, wide smocked elastic waist and a full skirt with side seam hip pockets.

Fabric- 50% poly 50% rayon. Minty seafoam green and white.

Fits like- A small to medium, but please see measurements.
