Vintage Inspired Spun Cotton Red Riding Hood and Big Bad Wolf Figures
Description
Be careful Red Riding Hood! That's not Grandma!These fanciful characters are brought to life as spun cotton figures! They are about 3.5" tall and were hand spun using techniques similar to those of the early German artisans who created cotton ornaments for Christmas. Red Riding Hood has a paper scrap head, crepe paper outfit with millinery flower brooch, and holds an acorn basket with millinery flowers and grass. She is supported by a circle of vintage story book paper edged in glitter. Big Bad Wolf was hand painted and stands freely with bendable arms, legs and tail.
