What a fun little skirt for the holidays. I can just see this on a little toddler bouncing along. The fabric is a quality cotton print. I have added a pom pom trim to the hem, the top layer of the skirt is gathered along one side to let the dot fabric peek out. It has a dropped waist and an elastic waistband, easy on, easy off. Celebrate in style, ENJOY!!Fabric has been prewashed, wash in cold water, low heat or hang to dry, iron as needed.
Size 2T, measures 12 inches from waistband to pom pom trim, with the elastic waist at 18 inches.
