Items must be shipped back in the original packaging, unwashed and unused along with a copy of the receipt. These conditions must be met in order to initiate the return.

We offer custom monogramming on many of our products. Due to the customization of these products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on these purchases unless items are deemed defective.

Items ship Priority Mail within 3 business days via United States Postal Service. Custom monogrammed items ship within 5 business days. We ESTIMATE shipping on International Orders. You will be refunded any amount over $1.00 to your PayPal account if we have overcharged you after item has shipped.
