Vintage Mother of Pearl-Like Opalescent Glass Bead Necklace 15-in. ca 1940

Description

Offered is a lovely vintage beaded necklace. The opalescent beads are barrel-shaped and resemble Mother-of-Pearl. The necklace is put together with metal links, and there are glass goldtone beads interspersed.

The beads are 9x6mm, and the length of the necklace is 15". It has a goldtone spring-ring clasp.

This necklace is in good condition. There is minor tarnish on the metal and a few of the goldtone beads have lost some of the goldtone. However, underneath the goldtone are the beads iare a pretty blue color.

The beauty of this necklace could easily be restored.
