1940s style Peacock Blue and Black STRIPED DRESS Puffy Sleeves

Description

Great presence and details with this larger size 1940s style dress. Details include: puffy sleeves, pinstripe, bodice stitching accent, button cuffs. 1940s style but manufactured in the 1980s.

Pull-over styling with functional bodice buttons. Non-stretchy polyester blend. Looks great with wide belt (one shown here not included).

For comparison, shown on modern size 8 dress form. Suggest a modern XL to 2X (not a stretchy fabric). Measurements taken while laying flat then doubled for the following:
Bust: 50 in.
Waist: 28-46 in.
Hips: 64 in.

Shoulder to shoulder: 18 in.
Back of neck to waist: 19 in.
Waist to bottom hem: 28 in.


Great vintage condition with no obvious flaws, tears, stains or smells.
