I found the most amazing bridal tulle. It's neon bright, well it kinda looks like it would need batteries.I hand-gathered hundreds of ruffles to make this pouffy tulle skirt. It's extremely light weight but really full. Please remember to wear something under it. It's very sheer and you don't want to be on the cover of OK! magazine.
