roving - grape vine (dark)
Description
Grape Vine is a combination of emerald green, lime green, bronze green, teal and two tones of red purple. I have it in 4 oz (115 gram) bundles of Blue face wool.****This colorway is over dyed onto a wonderful dusky brown blue face roving which gives it gem like qualities. Colors will be darker in real life then on the screen***
I want to explain how unique this roving is. Currently, I offer three types of Blue Face Base. ECRU is what most dyers use and it gives pure color when dyed. SWIRL is a combination of 75% ecru and 25% brown in stripes down the roving that creates a marl type of yarn. DARK is natural,very dark, dusky brown wool that I overdye with my colors. I have included a picture of these special roving so you can see what they look like.
