Don't you love fresh baked bread? When it is warm from the oven and the crust is flaky and golden . . . and I think I just made myself drool a little.Made from stoneware and vitrified (high-fired) to be sturdy, this pan is 16" long and a narrow 4 1/4" wide. It is left unglazed, so you should season this like you would a cast iron pan to make it non-stick. I made a meatloaf in mine and that seemed to work beautifully. Perfect for making baguettes with your favorite bread recipe. The bottom is flat and there is a hole for hanging, so you can show off the embossed pattern on the inside.
